I knew I wanted to scale so I worked with a business coach and launched my first scalable offer - a £12 brand strategy workbook that went on to make thousands passively without me actively promoting it. From there, I built a collection of Showit website templates, which meant I could take on fewer clients and increase my revenue at the same time.
Coming from a marketing background, I made organic visibility and a multi-channel marketing strategy a priority from the start. That led to 10,000 monthly website visitors and over 300 new email subscribers every month.
Shortly after launching my templates, two service providers asked me to help them build and launch their own scalable offers. I realised how much I loved it and slowly my business became what it is now. Helping done-for-you service providers build scalable income alongside their client work.
