This is what the whole six months has been working toward.
I knew I wanted to scale so I worked with a business coach and launched my first scalable offer - a £12 brand strategy workbook that went on to make thousands passively without me actively promoting it. From there, I built a collection of Showit website templates, which meant I could take on fewer clients and increase my revenue at the same time.
Coming from a marketing background, I made organic visibility and a multi-channel marketing strategy a priority from the start. That led to 10,000 monthly website visitors and over 300 new email subscribers every month.

This is the reason Stage 2 of the program exists. We create the space before we build anything. I'm not going to tell you to create a scalable offer when your plate is already full. So rather than jump straight in, we restrcuture your business to create space without losing revenue.
Neither do most of my clients when they start. A lot of service providers rely on referrals so in stage 3 of the program we focus on building a warm audience. The beauty of done-with-you and group offers is that you don't need a big audience, just a loyal one.
Understanding why it didn't work is one of the first things we look at. Most scalable offers fail not because the idea was wrong but because the business isn’t set up to support it. This could look like a lack of capacity, limited audience or no marketing strategy to support a launch. We identify and fix these things first so this time the offer has a genuine chance to work.
