The Brand, Market, Flourish podcast has been rebranded and it is stepping into its 2.0 era.
So it’s goodbye to Brand, Market, Flourish and hello to Expand Your Impact. This means that not only is there a new name, there is also new cover art and a new intro.

In this episode, I’m going to be sharing the reasons why I’ve changed up the podcast name and also what you can expect going forward.
This isn’t going to be a long episode because if I’m totally honest, there isn’t a lot to say.
Parting with the Brand, Market, Flourish identity and moving into this new era has been a big thing for me. I’ve used the phrase Brand, Market, Flourish for many years now going back to when it was the name of my first group program.
As some of you listening may know, I used to be a brand and website designer and before that, I worked in corporate marketing. So about 2 or so years into the business, I decided to blend my corporate marketing experience with my design experience to give my clients an all-encompassing offering as I supported them in the growth of their business.
Once I had been doing that on a 1:1 done-for-you basis for a while and I was near capacity with clients, I created a group program so that I could support more business owners who maybe weren’t quite ready for a done-for-you offering and that’s how Brand, Market, Flourish was born.
The idea is that you work on your brand identity and branding as a whole, then move into marketing and getting visible which then leads to a flourishing business.
When I started this podcast, although I wasn’t doing design work anymore aside from with my template shop, I was still working with people on their brand and marketing strategy. I was no longer running the group program but I loved the phrase Brand, Market, Flourish and so it became the name of this podcast.
However, my business has since evolved and I’m no longer working with clients on brand strategy instead I support my clients and my audience in building a scalable business model so that they can expand their impact and their income and so the Expand Your Impact podcast was born.
In terms of the content, nothing is changing from how the more recent episodes have been. There will be a strong focus on all things marketing, passive income and online business.
My goal with this podcast is to inspire and support you in building a scalable business that doesn’t rely solely on 1:1 done-for-you services. I also want to share tips and advice on having a marketing strategy that doesn’t rely solely on Instagram because let’s face it, Instagram is not a marketing strategy.
One of my goals over the next 12-18 months is to be able to rely less and less on Instagram as a platform in my marketing strategy and I’d love for you to do the same.
My reason for this is that creating content for Instagram can be draining. Showing up every day can be draining. Constantly dealing with all the changes that Instagram throws at us is draining.
When you build your marketing strategy on platforms that you own such as your website, or a podcast or your email list, you’re creating content that will be found for months and even years to come. You’re creating content that is working for you, even when you’re not working.
